Henri Raffin participates in official competitions every year in order to measure the gustative quality of our products
We have received many awards, including::
1er prize for the best French air-dried ham in 2003 and 2004
Medal for the best international dry sausage in 2006 for the following products:
· Dry pure-pork sausage with Beaufort cheese
· Extra-lean dry pure-pork sausage
We carry out lots of tasting tests within the company and others are carried out by external companies in order to adapt our products and meet customer demands in order to improve customer satisfaction.
