The name of «Diot» sausage comes from the local Savoy dialect, and means a type of small sausage which was prepared in the past for special feast days. Henri Raffin prepares various types of "Diot" sausages according to the traditional recipe using the choicest pork cuts and natural casings.
Flash pasteurised, these sausages are quick to cook and provide bacteriological safety twinned with a longer shelf-life.
