Each finished product is identified by a number from receipt of the meat up to delivery to the distributor. This represents the traceability of the product.
This system means we can recall any product at very short notice if it doesn’t conform to health and safety standards.
Chemical and bacteriological analysis is carried out all year round in order to avoid any risk of contamination.
We taste our products regularly in order to check the constancy and quality of our products
Veterinary services designated by the ministry of agriculture and external auditors carry out random checks in order to check the reliability and conformity with our quality policy and with current standards in force.
