All of our raw materials are selected according to our schedule of conditions and we have built up long-term partnerships with the stock breeders and abattoirs who supply these raw materials.

The following requirements are defined in our schedule of conditions:

·         Selection of cuts

·         Strict quality control on receipt on our premises

In order to produce excellent products, we require top-quality raw materials which we select among the best pork cuts.
